Living on the outskirts of Jerash, in a cosy home that overlooks a lush farm, I realise that I am blessed. My office is essentially a bountiful plot of land, one that produces some of the key ingredients that I utilise in the creation of my skincare line.

I’ve always wanted to create products that make a person glow. I made a promise to myself to only use the highest grade elements that naturally heal, correct and protect the skin. And I realised very early on that the only way to ensure that everything used was 100 per cent natural was if selected and sourced these ingredients myself.

Jordan is home to uncountable healing gems. The climate is ideal for cultivating olive trees, cactus, herbs, rose bushes and calendula flowers, all of which I personally grow on our farm. Depending on the season, you can often find me in the garden, sleeves rolled up, gathering crops. All plants have been grown with non-toxic, hypoallergenic and bioactive organic elements that have stood the test of time. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Not many people know this, but I have a unique bond with the land, I often cannot recall if the crops inspired the creation of the products or if it’s the other way around!

With each product I create, I want people to feel that they have embarked on a fantastical journey through my family’s farm, even if it’s only for a few minutes a day.
